Transpersonal Therapy

It is the joining of therapeutic theory, intuition, spirituality and even mystic ways of being. Transpersonal therapy works on the basic assumption that physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth are interrelated and must therefore be integrated into an holistic form of therapy incorporating all facets of the person's being. Therapy may include Yoga, Meditation, Zen Buddhism, and mystical ways of being and helps to develop a philosophy of life, sense and meaning.
