Chronic Fatigue Management

Chronic fatigue is a fairly broad label, therefore many different therapies can play an important part in recovery and all aspects of mind, body and spirit can be involved. Not to be overlooked is the possibility of a virus e.g. Epstein Barr or Ross River which can be determined by a blood test. Failing that, therapies such as liver/bowel cleanse, taking antioxidants and plant derived vitamins, minerals and trace elements and flower essences, trying to keep 80% alkaline diet, bodywork and manipulation - especially to correct neck problems which cause lack of blood supply in the brain stem and pelvic imbalance which can cause digestive disorders and pain. Exercise such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Hydrotherapy are gentle and work the whole body. Look to how you may be compromising your life and stuck in situations you don't like - what patterns are you still running from in your past? Mental states alter as the body unlocks, and memory and concentration gradually improve. Chronic fatigue is a TIRED body and a symptom, not a disease.
