Aromatherapy is defined as the controlled use of essential oils in a positive way to maintain good health and revitalise the body, mind and spirit.

Essential oils are defined as the volatile aromatic principles contained in plants which are extracted by various methods. For therapeutic applications, NO synthetic substances (e.g. fragrance oils) are used - only 100% plant based essences.

Aromatherapy today is the marriage between an ancient art form employed by the oldest civilisations known to us, and modern science involving oils and their effects - and the bodys response to them.
